Great location with nearby supermarkets and easy access to Dubai city. The restaurant service was nice and the surrounding environment was quiet. Plenty of groceries and souvenir shops around.

We had such a wonderful time here! The hotel is located in the heart of the city and it's so easy to get to Dubai center from here. The staff are incredibly friendly and provided excellent room service. The rooftop pool was spacious and great for relaxing. The rooms were well-maintained and had all the amenities that we needed including air conditioning, free toiletries, and flat-screen TVs. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Very neat and cozy rooms, good beds. Great service and very friendly staff who supported with everything requested for. Room service came in everyday. We had a very smooth quick check, in and check, out. the location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions in the area. We also enjoyed the advantage of having a shuttle service to the nearby beach.

The reception staff could use some improvement. the check, in experience was terrible, with the staff being unwelcoming and defensive when questioned about the payment machine.
